Location: Jimmy’s Egg – Market Based Role
Schedule: Flexible / Primarily Morning & Midday with some evening events
Reports To: Restaurant Leadership

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to help grow sales through community outreach and business development.

This is not a desk job.
This is a face-to-face, get-out-in-the-community role that directly impacts restaurant traffic and catering growth.

If you enjoy meeting people, building partnerships, and seeing measurable results from your efforts — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Visit local businesses daily to promote in-store dining and catering.
Build ongoing partnerships with schools, offices, hotels, and community groups.
Grow catering and group sales through proactive outreach.
Coordinate fundraising nights and local events.
Track your outreach activity and sales impact.

Increased catering sales.
More local business partnerships.

Outgoing and confident communicator.
Comfortable with in-person sales and networking.
